Fees and Booking

Fees

Fees are determined based on the complexity and nature of the matter, and number of parties involved. Both in-person and virtual mediation or arbitration is available. Please contact info@mccaskillconflictresolution.com for more information on the fees applicable for your dispute. Fees include all preparation time. Any travel time and costs and facility booking will be extra, and subject to prior agreement with the parties. Fees for investigations will typically be charged on a time and expenses basis, but please contact info@mccaskillconflictresolution.com to discuss your situation.

Book A Mediation or Arbitration

After obtaining available dates, book a mediation or arbitration by emailing info@mccaskillconflictresolution.com with the following information:
  • preferred mediation or arbitration date(s) and time;
  • half or full day;
  • preferred location for mediation or arbitration (if known);
  • style of cause and court file number (if applicable);
  • contact information for counsel; and
  • nature of the dispute and amount at issue;
You will receive written confirmation of a booked mediation or arbitration. Cancellation fees will be charged if a mediation or arbitration is cancelled within 30 days of a booked mediation or arbitration date.
